We are looking for Hr Executive at PUNE with 1 Year to 2 Years of experience possessing the following:

Location: shivaji nagar

Role and responsibilities:

Responsible for understanding the resource requirements of various business units

Overall responsibility of identifying, selecting, offering and on boarding of candidates

Strategizing the recruitment process to ensure quality hiring

Single point contact for internal clients and the senior management for diverse hiring requirements

Interact with the operations teams frequently and maintain an excellent relationship with them

Develop and manage different channels of recruitment to ensure candidate availability and keep the cost of hiring at the optimum level

Generating Candidates through Naukri, Monster, Job Posting & Bulk Mailing, Bulk SMS, LinkedIn, Employee Referral program and validating them on their experience and interest on the role

Build and maintain an active pool of candidates to meet future hiring targets in an

effective manner.

Play an active role in understanding the resource requirements of the business and making plans towards fulfilling them

Initiating E-Mails to All Users with respect to welcome the New Joiners & Employee Referral Program

Ability to articulate and negotiate the job offers with the candidates

Maintain and develop internal database

Knowledge in social media sourcing such as internet sourcing, LinkedIn, Facebook etc.

On boarding formalities and aligning the new joiner to the respective line managers

Initiating E-Mails to All Users with respect to welcome the New Joiners & Employee Referral Program

MIS: Preparing reports on the no of closure, Offered but Yet to Join, Open Positions, and offer decline numbers to ensure the flow of work to reach the aspire rates. (Sending weekly).
