Job Opening for System Engineer (Desktop) & IT Helpdesk.
Date: 3rd & 4th Jan 2020
Timing: 10 AM to 02 PM

1- System Engineer (L1 & L2)
Location: Gurgaon, Faridabad , Karolbagh Etc.

JD: Installation and configuration of Windows based operating systems (Windows Xp, Vista,7&8)
Software installations and troubleshooting of all types of customer oriented field problems, network setting for TCP/IP and Internet setup.
Trouble shooting of all types of Hardware and software applications problems.
Configuring & troubleshooting of Desktop/Laptops for L1 backup and recovery.
Configuring & troubleshooting of printer, scanner & LAN related issues reported by users
Installation and configuring of wireless Data Cards in users laptops.
Exposure in Active Directory user creation & deletion
Maintenance and Troubleshooting of connectivity problems using Ping, Trace route.
Trouble shooting hardware, software & networking problems.
User group policies creation & modification
Monitoring of virus issues through Symantec Endpoint Protection antivirus.
Regular data & mail backup of MS outlook (PST files).
Password creation & resetting to end users through remote desktop
Good experience in configuring & troubleshooting of MS Outlook 2007/10/13 or Outlook Express
Remotely resolving application problems and network problems and mail configurations through net meeting, remote desktop sharing.
Note: Immediate or Within a week  Joiner  preferred.
Min- 1-3 yrs of experience required.

CTC: Upto 19K/month.

2- IT Helpdesk / Service Desk coordinator

CTC: Upto 18K/month

  • Good in communication (verbal & written)
  • Hands on knowledge on Ticket Management Tool
  • Assets Management
  • Awareness about the SLA (response/resolution of Tickets)
  • Response/Answer, evaluate, and prioritize incoming telephone, e-mail, about on the issues/tickets based on SLA.
  • Periodic updates & status of open tickets to users/team/all stake holder over the phone & email. Ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Good in email communication
  • Customer handling/convince skills
  • Vendor Coordination & Management
  • Strongly follow up on Vendor Coordination.
  • Timely handle the escalation & escalate to concern person/team/Dept & vendor.
  • Good knowledge in Excel/Word
  • Skills in prepare the reports in excel. (Daily/Pending Calls/Weekly & Monthly)
  • Willing to work multi-tasking roles.
  • Value added the IT products knowledge.
  • Reports of Attendance/Daily & Pending calls/Monthly Calls data & Assets Report/Tracker etc.
  • Note:  Excellent English Communication & Immediate Joiner required. Candidate willing to work 24*6 Rotational shift. Fresher also welcome.
